Custom Orders Information


I often receive requests to recreate my work. While it is not my favorite thing to do, I often recreate a piece for clients who are really, really nice. The catch is, that I never make a perfect recreation. It will always be just a little different to ensure that all my clients know that they have purchased something original and unique. I hand cut each piece glass and I do not use commercial grout straight from the box. I usually adjust the color of the grout I use for each piece with a variety of pigments. I can guarantee, I never hand blend the same grout color twice, even if I wanted to. It is also important to know that most of the work that you find in the Miscellany, Votives, Vases and Bottle Vases Galleries, have been created on found objects. Objects found at Flea Markets, Discount Stores, Yard Sales and the like. In some cases, it will not be possible for me to find another base to create a similar piece.

My Candle Shelters and Vases are also great as gifts for the important people at your special event. Special Pricing offered when more than 10 items are ordered. Large Orders can take 3-6 months to create.
If you would like to place a custom order, please complete the Custom Order Form below. From this form, I will put together a Custom Order Agreement that will be sent to you in the mail. Any questions or concerns will be addressed via phone or e-mail before the Agreement is completed. Work on your Custom Order will begin when I receive a signed copy of the Custom Order Agreement and a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. Final Payment, Sales Tax and Shipping Fees will be due just prior to shipping of your Custom Order. Orders shipped to any address in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be charged a 6% sales tax. Orders shipped to Allegheny County and Philadelphia will be charged a 7% sales tax. My Policies regarding "Privacy" and "Damaged Upon Delivery" apply to Custom Orders. Custom Orders may not be exchanged. Clients who are not satisfied with their Custom Order may return the item to me in it's original condition at the client's expense for a 50% refund.
